About 3 years ago I almost exclusively listened to field recordings and ethnic folk sounds. Smithsonian, INAH, Nonesuch, Ocora, random records I would find while digging..... it was all beautiful and unlike music I had ever heard before. Then someone on Soulseek told me to check out Choubi Choubi and damnn.

The label is Sublime Frequencies and all of their stuff deli deli deli. The label is small so please please buy some of their stuff if you dig it. They have movies and records too.

U should check their Sumatra and pirated radio albums...sooo good.
